Next stop, the Fortaleza do Monte also known as Monte Fort/Mount Fortress/Fortaleza de Nossa Senhora do Monte de Sao Paulo/Fortress of Our Lady of the Mount of St. Paul. In Chinese is called 大炮台 (direct translate: Big cannon platform *or bullshit platform(in Cantonese)*).

When we reach at the top, you will see the following scene.

Macau Museum

We camwhore again.

Can see Grand Lisboa at the fort.

We have some rest up there, looking around then we decided to come down and went to Senado Square to get some foods and drinks. We tried some Portuguese-style egg tarts too so we know what it taste like before we go try some really high recommended one.

Continue! We walked towards where everyone came to Macau for. The area full with ka-chings, pretty ladies, branded, expensive cars and glamour hotels/casinos. Where people gather around playing moolah!

Hotels and Casinos

We did not go in as I also don’t know why, maybe because I said I don’t want to go in. So, we take our time snapping photos outside the place.

You get to see water fountain show in front of Wynn Resort.

FYI, Those hotel or resort around this area are not just hotel with casino or anything like that. Other than reception desk or the typical lobby type of setting. It got F-ing lot of branded stuffs in it along the lobby area that you will not step in or ever think of it. Every ways you go, it makes you wanna spend. Luckily I am steady enough.

Another thing is, they allow camera to be in the casino but you cannot use it. Why I know because I tried. :D

After mingling enough of the area, looking at cars, peoples and building we decided to walk back. What we did not think of is we are very far from our hotel. Sweat… But still we got luckily passing by an area where they are people setting for film which bring us some surprise the next day! What we bump into… Will let you know soon.

So, we when back to Senado Square to try out a restaurant there called 黄枝记 (Wong Chi Kei). Famous with its Wanton mee which we did not try.

Rice with Sshrimp and eggs
Congee ala sampan
Fried rice yongzhou style
Fried noodles with minced pork and chilli

Very nice, I tell you. Too bad we only got 4 person if not sure can order more foods to try.
So, here’s our dinner and we be off to Hong Kong tomorrow!
