Written by A-lex on March 11, 2010 – 2:47 pm -ARE YOU PEOPLE OUT THERE READY TO PARTY???!!!!!!
Yes HENNESY ARTISTRY is back with newer and improved elements injected into the event providing more interactivity and fun to Hennessy Artistry fans.
Setting the tone for the party at Opera is the Hennessy Mixing Zone which gets a facelift and will feature four new and improved zones – the Hennessy Mix Master, Hennessy Mixing Bar, the Hennessy Digital Light Art Effects, and a Hennessy Live Twitting Zone.
Wanna discover the potential to become a well-known DJ, try the “Hennessy Mix Master”. You be guided by a professional DJ to producing your own tracks and then it will be uploaded onto official Hennessy Artistry website (www.h-artistry.com.my) where organizers will select the top 20 tunes and reward the winners with a bottle of Hennessy VSOP each. An iPod Touch will be rewarded to the producer of the top-ranked track.
As for all the Twitterers out there, “Hennessy Live Twitting Zone” is there for you. Updates will be broadcasted live throughout the whole event. So, don’t stop tweeting while you were partying with the rest of Hennessy Artistry Fans at Opera.
The Hennessy Mixing bar will have not TWO not THREE but FOUR drinks throughout the night. Other than its signature Hennessy Apple and Hennessy Ginger cocktails, two brand new long drinks will be featured which are Hennessy Citrus and Hennessy Berry.
On the music front, the first H-Artistry instalment of 2010 will feature an outstanding line-up of musical talents from Malaysia and Japan. Highlighting the party is Tokyo based DJ Sarasa (also known as Silverboombox) whose natural talent for music allows her to cater to any crowd, place and genre.
Joining her on the H-Artistry stage is local rock quartet, Bunkface whose catchy tunes coupled with their addictive energy and fun filled performances have captured the attention of everyone tuned in to the local music scene.
Revelers can also expect to be blown away by DVJ G Mix, one of the few individuals in the country with the ability to ‘visualize sounds’ and to provide audiences with hypnotic, head-turning visuals. He has performed as the closing act for the Bangkok Invaders and most memorably, as the guest DVJ at Korean superstar Rain’s concert VIP after party in Kuala Lumpur.
With more than just music reverberating through the club’s walls, Hennessy Artistry ‘The Global Art of Mixing’ is where music and cocktails find the perfect match. The blending of musical experiences provides the core essence, while Hennessy V.S.O.P long drinks provide the evening’s inimitable spirit to complete the distinct ultimate clubbing experience.

Written by A-lex on September 2, 2009 – 4:58 pm -There is 365 days a year and everyday somewhere around the world someone is born. That’s day is the day we celebrate that person birthday. So, in your life you celebrated how many times yours birthdays and others people birthdays? Uncountable? If you got a lot of friends la~ Every birthday we attended has it own unique style, it maybe a theme party, normal home party with lotsa foods and drinks(big group or small group of people), celebrate with loved one and etc.
Me myself attended quite number of birthday celebrations, mostly is the simple type where people come eat drink chit chat cake cutting or go to a restaurant and have it there. As my friend cicle start to expand, I get to experience different ways of celebrating birthday. Not many are as memorable as the follow two parties I attended, so let me tell you some story of it.
The first one is this, aaron’s birthday. His birthday was held in an rented apartment with lotsa booze. Is like normal gathering but with booze as the mixers, everyone get high! He received some “special” presents too, what it is you go ask him yourself la.
The next one is recently one, Jess and Eve birthday bash. You can read it here. It was held in Zouk where everyone dance, drink and camwhoring around. The interesting part is both birthday girls are downed when the party was just going to begin. XD We ended up cutting with two drunk girls supported by another friend to help them blow candle and cake cutting, we all wanna eat that cake without their face crashing on it.

Now, there is another BIG birthday bash coming up which is
Yeap, you see it, you read it. D’Ultimate Birthday Bash held by DiGi will be one hell of party that you gonna regret if you miss out! This D’Ultimate Birthday Bash by DiGi upcoming for everyone to attend, where the party actually CELEBRATES EVERYONE’S BIRTHDAY, with LOTS OF PRIZES AND PERFORMANCES BY RENOWNED LOCAL ARTISTS. So what you waiting for, go to their website at http://www.digi.com.my/ubb to find out how to grab those tickets!

No Comments »Christmas BBQ Part One
Written by A-lex on December 30, 2008 – 8:30 pm -After a long journey to Malacca celebrating Christmas Eve, the same people still have another event to handle, the yearly BBQ gathering party. Sigh… Super tired.
Went over to friend’s place around 6.30pm to help around setting the BBQ pit and the drinks. When come to drinks which are my favorite part as I like to try new thing. I tried this drink last year and it is not that favor by the people so this time I added something else which some fruit juices. What for? To cover the smell.. What smell? The smell of wine! Haha..
The name of the drink is called spritzer. This is what you need:
2 bottle of 7-up/Sprite
A bottle of white wine
Large amount of ice
Canned fruit (pineapple, mix fruit or etc)
Blend the canned fruit or chop it into smaller pieces and then just mix all the items into a big bucket or water container and stir it. That’s it! Easy, right? You can add other fruits into it depend on what you want. Enjoy~
So, after done with the drinks. It is time to set up the BBQ pit. It is better if you can get a fan so you can fasten the process of burning those charcoals. It really really help. By the time I am done the sky turn dark and I start taking some pictures before the others arrived.

The others have arrived and BBQ started!

Written by A-lex on December 29, 2008 – 8:30 pm -After Jonker Street and Town Square, we went to Portuguese Settlement. Portuguese Settlement is somewhere around Ujong Pasir with nice sea view. But the day we went there, too much of cloud blocking the sun to be view. LOL!
Still we camwhored without the sun!

Every year Christmas, people who live in this area will decorate their house. So, at night you can see that the whole area is bright with colorful light and Christmas decoration. There is a stage at the square but we did not stay till that time as someone does not have to jam in the crowd!
