Written by A-lex on April 4, 2008 – 4:10 am -Once upon a time in Singapore, there lived a happy couple, Mr & Mrs Ng with their 3 lovely triplet daughters; Elaine, Ena & Ella.
The 3 daughters were brought up in a prim-and-proper fashion and when they reached 20, their parents thought it was time to get them married.
So, the parents found them the most suitable ” leng chais” ( handsome guys ).
They got married and were preparing to set-off on their honeymoon.
As “concerned” (more like “kay-poh”) parents, Mr & Mrs Ng were curious about their daughters’ first-night experience. So, before the daughters went on their respective honeymoons, Mrs Ng told them……” Your father and I want to know about your 1st night encounters and whether you were satisfied.
Write a letter to us, but so as not to raise your husbands’ curiosity…you all must use a code-name to describe your experiences”.
So, the excited daughters were off.
A week passed. Mr & Mrs Ng got the first letter. It was from Elaine.
They opened the letter and found the word “STANDARD CHARTERED”. They immediately took the newspaper and looked for the Standard Chartered advertisement. “Ah! here it is!”, exclaimed Mr. Ng. The motto for Standard Chartered was…. “BIG, STRONG & FRIENDLY” Mr & Mrs. Ng were happy.
A week later, they got another letter. This time it was from Ena. The content was simple. “NESCAFE”. So, again they took the neswpaper and looked for the Nescafe ad. “Ah! here it is. “NESCAFE: PLEASURE TILL THE LAST DROP”. Again, Mr & Mrs Ng beamed with joy.
Another week passed. A month passed. And another. There was still no letter from Ella. The Ngs became worried. Finally, the letter came. It was scribbled and could hardly be read, but Mrs. Ng managed to figure it out. The code-name was “SINGAPORE AIRLINES”.
Why Singapore Airlines? Mr.Ng rushed to the nearest store and got a newspaper. He flipped the pages frantically. “Ah! Here it is!” Mrs.Ng grabbed the page and read aloud.
Before she could finish …THUMP!!!…she fell off her chair. The motto was… “7 TIMES A WEEK. 4 TO 6 TIMES A DAY. NON-STOP…”

At that moment, I realise most of the translation program found could not reverse translate the word back to english. So I told everyone to guess the meaning of the Korean word, whoever can guess it right and I will treat them a meal worth more than RM50 at any place on their demand.
I know not many of you guys know bout this game as I didnot announce it officially, just whoever ask about it and I tell them about this game. But, some of them who know about this game also do not believe this true so no one seem excited with.
But, today, Friday 10th November 2007, a winner had come to claim the reward. Hahaha… No chance for you guys ady. I have checked with google translation and I believe you guys can use google translation to find out the actual english word for that korean word.

If you guys are lazy to do the translate thingy, why not click on the ‘Continue Reading’. I will announce the answer and the winner.

Written by A-lex on July 6, 2007 – 1:25 am -It’s the one year once where you can see moon during daytime and have the scenery of London. Specially brought to you from Indonesia. So, enjoy the short period of this happening while listening to this song. A song specially created for this happening.
Download it and save it in your laptop/handphone in case there are no internet service at the place you going to celebrate.
P.S: Drink more water if you have to celebrate this happening with different group of friends. This weather will dry you up very quickly. Stay healthy although this is a nice period to “enjoy” and go wild. So, drink more water. Haha… *so funny*

Written by A-lex on June 12, 2007 – 8:00 pm -Photoshop… Is a place where people buy cameras, films, battery. A place where they go to print out their photos from the films or from memory card (digital cameras).
But, Photoshop has become digital or virtual as it has been convert to a computer program to suit the need of the users.
Old photoshop cannot help you to edit the quality of yours photos.
But new photoshop has the abilities to edit and modify anything you don’t like in the photos. More flexible…
I am still a newbie to photoshop and am still learning.
